This goal strives to "Take urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts". With climate change affecting every country on Earth we need people stepping up to start reducing their impact. Current forms of energy used mainly in developing countries has been accelerating the rate of climate change drastically. These types of energy are commonly lamps and candles providing many hazards. Using solar energy could slow the rate of global warming and positively impact the planet and the people living on it.
